Getting There
Directions
The Boston Local Food Festival is just a short walk from downtown Boston, conveniently located near South Station, Boston Children’s Museum, Institute of Contemporary Art, and the John Joseph Moakley Court House. It takes place along the Boston Waterfront of the Fort Point Channel area, in front of Boston Children’s Musuem. For mapping purposes, use 308 Congress Street, the site of Boston Children’s Museum.
Instead of driving, we encourage festival-goers to use alternative methods, such as public transportation, walking, biking, or by taking a water taxi, to attend the event. The festival is accessible by the MBTA on the Silver Line (Court House Station) and Red Line (South Station). Other options include City Water Taxi, or a stop off of area tour shuttles at the corner of Northern Avenue and Sleeper Street. The Boston Harbor Tours and the Rose Kennedy Greenway also offers nearby walks.
